Launching for summer, our brand-new boat experiences offer the perfect way to explore Cornwall’s stunning coastline, hidden creeks and iconic waterside pubs.

Running from 22 June – 30 September, these trips depart from the Rising Sun, St Mawes, with collection also from our sister pub Chain Locker, in Falmouth, and offer unforgettable moments on the water.

The Lunch Boat Experience

£25 per person
Set sail across the harbour and enjoy lunch at one of Cornwall’s most beautiful waterside pubs.
Destinations may include: The Pandora Inn, Ferryboat Inn Helford, The Heron Malpas

11:00am Departure from Rising Sun, St Mawes
Arrival time: 10:45am
With collection from Chain Locker, Falmouth: 11:30am
Return collection from lunch venue: approximately 1:30pm
Estimated return to St Mawes: 2:00pm

12:30pm Departure from Rising Sun, St Mawes
Arrival time: 12:15pm
With collection from Chain Locker, Falmouth: 1:00pm
Return collection from lunch venue: approximately 2:30pm
Estimated return to St Mawes: 3:00pm

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment
- Price: £25 per person.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Card payments only are accepted.
2. What’s Included
- The experience includes a scenic return boat journey to one of Cornwall’s waterside pubs.
- Participating destinations may include the Pandora Inn, Ferryboat Inn, Helford and the Heron, Malpas, subject to availability and operational requirements.
- Lunch is not included in the ticket price unless otherwise stated.
3. Departure Information

Guests must arrive 15 minutes prior to departure at the Rising Sun, St Mawes.

Daily Departure Times

11:00am Departure
- Arrival time: 10:45am
- Return collection from lunch venue: approximately 1:30pm
- Estimated return to St Mawes: 2:00pm
12:30pm Departure
- Arrival time: 12:15pm
- Return collection from lunch venue: approximately 2:30pm
- Estimated return to St Mawes: 3:00pm
4. Passenger Information
- Maximum 10 passengers per trip.
- Maximum 4 children aged 12 years and under per journey.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
5. Weather & Safety
- All trips are weather and tide dependent.
- The operator reserves the right to cancel, delay or amend trips where necessary for safety or operational reasons.
- Guests must follow all instructions provided by the skipper or crew at all times.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Customer cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure may not be eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be given for missed departures due to late arrival.
- If the operator cancels a trip, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
7. Personal Responsibility
- Guests participate at their own risk.
- Suitable clothing and footwear should be worn.
- The operator accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.

2. Experience Information

The RIB Experience lasts approximately 40 minutes.
Trips are designed to provide an exhilarating coastal experience, including opportunities to enjoy local scenery and wildlife.
Wildlife sightings and specific routes cannot be guaranteed.

The operator reserves the right to refuse participation where safety may be compromised.

5. Weather & Safety

All trips are weather and sea-condition dependent.
The operator reserves the right to cancel, delay or amend trips for safety or operational reasons.
Guests must follow all safety instructions from the skipper or crew.
Lifejackets or other safety equipment provided must be worn where instructed.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
