To cater for the discerning tastes of our visitors the Rising Sun has managed to combine a mixture of both modern and traditional style in an atmosphere of luxury and elegance.

We are open daily from 8.30am for coffees and breakfast. Our breakfast menu is served from 8.30am until 10.00am choose from full english, continental buffet & a variety of fish.

Our main menu is served from 12 noon until 9.30pm - All day, Every day, with changing daily specials of local fresh fish and seasonal favourites & a good selection for children too.

On Sunday Lunches & Wednesday evenings we serve a traditional Carvery with a choice of meats alongside our daily specials and main menu.

Choose from our homemade scones for a traditional Cornish Cream Tea & homemade cakes teacakes available between 2.30pm and 5.30pm daily.

All our food is sourced locally where possible, we even make our own chips which are simply divine!

So if the sun is shining, soak up the weather on our perfectly positioned terrace, or snuggle up in front of the Real fires on a cold day or just simply enjoy the fabulous views from our delightful conservatory overlooking the Harbour and bay beyond what ever the weather!
